Cancellation/Late Policy

We value your business and request that you respect our business scheduling policies in order to make your experience delightful and unforgettable!

Your Appointments are very important to the Opulence New York Team. It is reserved specifically for you so that your therapist has the appropriate time to give you an amazing experience. We understand that sometimes things happen. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations of services. Late cancellations and “no-show” appointments cost us precious time and money and could have been given to another client that we turned away. Therefore, if we receive less than 24 hours' notice of a cancellation 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

“No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

We completely understand things can happen last minute and we truly are sympathetic to circumstances. To our staff, these appointments are reserved just for you, and missed appointments affect their livelihood. Covid clients must submit a dated & current note from the doctor (AT HOME TESTS ARE NOT APPROVED). 

As a graciousness, make sure to call us when you will not be able to make your booked arrangement, and we will be glad to rebook it for you.

We would like every one of our clients to have a brilliant, tranquil, and loosening-up experience. We comprehend that occasionally conditions emerge, and life and traffic are eccentric. 

We REQUIRE that you show up 10 to 15 minutes before your arrangement time to guarantee you have your full insight and apportioned time. In the event that you are late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee any added extra time. Our next client's appointment time could be following right after. Understand that we are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

Kindly know your arrangement incorporates dressing and consultation during the meeting time.

For Group appointments (parties of 3 or more) we respectfully require at least 72 hours notice and require 50% upfront booking. Canceling these appointments without a 72-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% deposit of the service amount per guest. A “No-Show” would result in 100% billing of all treatments for each person in the group.

Groups or parties take a great deal of scheduling and planning which is why we require advanced notification for any changes or cancellation of services.
